Process
How it works
We are a printing service. The process is straightforward — you bring the design, we handle the printing.
Important: Nexus Ignis does not offer design services. We do not create, modify, repair or optimise design files. Your file must be print-ready before submission.

Prepare your file

Create your design using CAD software of your choice. Export as .STL, .STEP or .OBJ. Ensure your file is print-ready, dimensionally correct and watertight. We do not modify files.

Submit your request

Fill in our quote form. Specify your material, desired quantity and any tolerances. Attach your design file. We will review printability and respond within 2 business days.

Receive your quote

We send a detailed quote including price, lead time and any technical observations regarding printability. If your file cannot be printed as-is, we will inform you — we will not modify it.

Approval & production

After your written approval we begin printing. We print your file exactly as submitted. No changes are made without a new written approval from you.

Delivery & documentation

Your component is delivered to your address. Material certificate and quality report available on request. All orders are stored in our system for your records.
